To register a group, contact groups@ihi.org.
If you need to register a group of 5 or more for Forum, please contact groups@ihi.org for a unique group code. In your request please be sure to include the name of your organization, the number of attendees, and if you require group invoice. Please allow 2 business days for your request to be processed.
If you are registering a group of 4 attendees or less, please follow the instructions below:
Before you register your group, please be sure that all attendees have an existing IHI account. If an attendee does not, please have them create an IHI account here. If you have any questions or require assistance regarding your account, please contact info@ihi.org.
If you plan on registering on behalf of your attendees, please be sure that you are logged into an attendee’s IHI account
