Group Rates: Groups of 3 or more receive 15% off per person for the General Conference days 

Note: The group discount for the General Conference is 15% off the regular rate and does not apply to the early bird rate.

If you are registering three or more people, the group rate will automatically apply to your rate. To register a group of 51 or more people, fill out the Group Registration form.

Important instructions for group registration:

• A group can register at any time before the start of the Patient Safety Congress. Before you register your group, please be sure that everyone has an IHI account. If they do not, please have them create an account here. 
• To register a group, log into an attendees IHI account and click the “Register Now” button towards the top of this page and register the person that that account belongs to. Once that first registration has been completed, the system will ask you if you would like to add another registration. Select “register another” and register the next attendee. Continue this process until everyone has been registered. 
• Please note that a group registration needs to be done all at once. You cannot go back and add people to an existing registration.
• An alternative would be to have all your attendees register individually and have them select the “invoice” option at the payment section of their registration, to avoid submitting payment. Once everyone has registered, please contact info@ihi.org with all the names in the group and we will combine them into one invoice with the group pricing.

Federal Government Pricing:

IHI is a prequalified vendor and offers competitive rates to US federal government purchasers through our GSA schedule.

GSA eligible attendees will pay $1,007.56 for the general conference.
