Where is the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC)?

Is there parking at the ACC?

The Anaheim Convention Center offers parking for $25 per vehicle per day, with no overnight parking allowed. Oversized vehicles (over 19 feet long or 6'8" high) may be directed to an offsite lot. Parking is available in several locations, including the main parking garage and the North Hall lot. Cash is not accepted; payments are made via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

How do I download the IHI Mobile App?

Download the IHI app and log in with your credentials to access conference information, daily agenda, session descriptions, presenter biographies, networking events, and more.

  • Go to either the iOS App Store or Google Play Store and search “IHI Conferences.”
  • Download the “IHI Conferences” app and click “Open” when finished.
  • Once you are in the app, log in with the email you used to register for Forum and your last name.
  • Click “2025 IHI Forum” that appears in the list of both past and future IHI events you may have attended.
  • You will now be in the IHI Forum app to access all conference information and materials.

 

How do I claim Continuing Education credits for the IHI Forum?

What are the IHI Forum hours?

Pre-conference badge pickup opens Sunday, December 7, at 7:00 AM ET in the ACC South Plaza Level in the Convention Center Lobby.

Bookstore hours:

  • Monday, December 8: 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, December 9: 12:15 PM–1:45 PM and 4:30 PM–6:30 PM
  • Wednesday, December 10: 12:15 PM–2:00 PM

Where can I find the bookstore?

The bookstore is located in the middle of the Forum Hall (Ballroom D, in Forum Park West).

 

How do I access the IHI Forum Virtual Pass content?

To access the OnDemand IHI Forum Virtual Library (bookmark the link below): 

  • Go to the virtual lobby: Click here

  • Login with your email address and last name that you used to register for the Virtual Pass. Be careful of pesky extra spaces around your login details! Both the email address and last name fields are case sensitive. 

  • Please note: All Forum sessions will be on-demand only this year with the exception of the Live Q&A with Don Berwick on Tuesday, December 9. This online moderated session will also be recorded and available in the OnDemand library.

  • There will be no livestream of the IHI Keynotes, Spotlights, or Innovation Theaters. All recordings will be released beginning Thursday, December 11 and completed by Friday, December 19. 

 

How do I access IHI Forum session recordings?

All IHI Forum Keynotes, Spotlights, and Innovation Theater recordings will be released starting December 11 through December 19, when the full library will be available.

These recorded sessions will be available on the online conference platform through April 30, 2026.

How to access recorded sessions: 

  • Log in to the Forum Lobby

  • Under 'Your Agenda' select the date your desired session took place
  • Click 'Recording' then 'Play' in the pop-up window
  • The recording will play in a new browser tab

 

Does the Virtual Pass give me access to every session and event at the IHI Forum?

No, only select content will be available for replay after the Forum concludes. The Virtual Pass includes on-demand access to 8 Spotlights, 5 Keynotes, and 8 Innovation Theaters. These will be available by accessing the OnDemand IHI Forum Virtual Lobby and will NOT be livestreamed.

 

What meals will be offered?

The following meals will be offered on-site for registered in-person Forum attendees with badge credentials:

Sunday (Full-day Workshop Attendees)

  • Continental Breakfast: 7:00 AM–8:00 AM
  • Lunch: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM

Sunday (Half-day Workshop Attendees)

  • Coffee Break: 2:30 PM–3:00 PM

Monday (Full-day Workshop Attendees)

  • Continental Breakfast: 6:30 AM–8:00 AM
  • Lunch: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
  • Opening Reception: 4:00 PM–6:00 PM

Tuesday (General Conference)

  • Continental Breakfast: 6:30 AM–8:00 AM
  • Lunch: 12:15 PM–1:45 PM
  • Networking Reception: 4:30 PM–6:30 PM
  • Forum Celebration: 7:00 PM–10:00 PM (Hilton Hotel)

Wednesday (General Conference

  • Continental Breakfast: 6:30 AM–8:00 AM
  • Lunch: 12:15 PM–1:45 PM

If you have dietary restrictions, you must specify during registration and alternative options will be made available for you at the event.

 

What should I wear to the IHI Forum?

The IHI Forum's dress code is business or business casual attire. Consider bringing comfortable shoes, as the ACC is a large venue. Meeting rooms can tend to be on the cooler side, so we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket as well.

 

Why am I not getting IHI Forum emails?

If you're not getting IHI Forum emails, we request that you inform your IT department that you did not receive an expected email from the IHI.org domain. Ask them to add IHI.org to your organization's safe sender list, so that you are able to get future correspondence from us.

General Conference (December 9–10)

The General Conference is where the global improvement community comes together. Over two days, thousands of health care professionals unite to exchange ideas, hear from thought leaders, and engage in hands-on learning across ten content tracks. Whether you are connecting with colleagues, exploring new strategies, or reflecting on your own impact, you will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and practical insights to make health care better together.

Pre-Conference (December 7–8)

The Pre-Conference is your chance to engage in focused, small group learning before the main Forum begins. Over two days, you will join peers from across the health care landscape to explore essential topics in quality, safety, leadership, and improvement science. Through immersive half-day and full-day workshops, you will build new capabilities, gain practical tools, and strengthen your confidence to lead change together with others who share your commitment to improving care.

Exhibit Hall Only Pass: $400

The Exhibit Hall Only Pass gives you access to the Forum Hall, the dynamic center of the IHI Forum, where connection and collaboration come to life. Visit exhibitor booths, explore educational poster displays, and attend Innovation Theater presentations that spotlight practical solutions and fresh ideas. Join fellow attendees for Brain Dates, wellness activities, and networking receptions that foster shared learning and inspiration. Whether you're gathering in the Central Park spaces or enjoying a break at the IHI Café and Bookstore, the Forum Hall is where community and curiosity come together. 

Note: General Conference registration includes access to the Forum Hall.

Registering Others or a Group of 9 or less?

Before registering someone else or a group:

  • Ensure each attendee has an existing IHI account. If you plan on registering on behalf of an attendee, please be sure that you are logged into that attendee’s IHI account.

  • Once the first registration has been completed, select the “Register Another” button to register the next attendee. Continue this process until everyone has been registered.
