In-Person Registration
General Conference (December 9–10)
The General Conference is where the global improvement community comes together. Over two days, thousands of health care professionals unite to exchange ideas, hear from thought leaders, and engage in hands-on learning across ten content tracks. Whether you are connecting with colleagues, exploring new strategies, or reflecting on your own impact, you will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and practical insights to make health care better together.
- Early Bird Rate: $1,395 (available through September 30, 2025)

Pre-Conference (December 7–8)
The Pre-Conference is your chance to engage in focused, small group learning before the main Forum begins. Over two days, you will join peers from across the health care landscape to explore essential topics in quality, safety, leadership, and improvement science. Through immersive half-day and full-day workshops, you will build new capabilities, gain practical tools, and strengthen your confidence to lead change together with others who share your commitment to improving care.

Exhibit Hall Only Pass: $400
The Exhibit Hall Only Pass gives you access to the Forum Hall, the dynamic center of the IHI Forum, where connection and collaboration come to life. Visit exhibitor booths, explore educational poster displays, and attend Innovation Theater presentations that spotlight practical solutions and fresh ideas. Join fellow attendees for 1:1 coaching, wellness activities, and networking receptions that foster shared learning and inspiration. Whether you're gathering in the Central Park spaces or enjoying a break at the IHI Café and Bookstore, the Forum Hall is where community and curiosity come together.

IHI offers special GSA pricing for U.S. government employees to support access to this educational opportunity. Eligible participants can take advantage of discounted rates through IHI’s GSA schedule.

Scholarships Available
Support to Help You Attend
We’re committed to making the IHI Forum accessible to individuals and organizations who may face financial barriers. A limited number of scholarships are available to help reduce the cost of general conference registration.
If cost is a concern, we encourage you to apply. Scholarships are awarded based on eligibility and availability. Applications are now open.
Scholarship Details
We’re proud to offer a limited number of scholarships covering 25% or 50% of the general conference registration fee ($1,595). Scholarships are intended to support individuals who may otherwise be unable to attend due to financial constraints. They do not cover travel, lodging, or meals.
Applications are open through September 5. All submissions are reviewed individually using consistent scoring criteria to ensure fair and equitable distribution. Notifications will be sent by September 19. Please note that scholarships are non-transferable and must be submitted by the deadline to be considered.
Scholarships are available to individuals who meet one of the following criteria:
- Work at an independent U.S. Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) not affiliated with a hospital or health system
- Employed by a Critical Access Hospital
- Work in an independent practice with fewer than 20 physicians
- Employed by a hospital with fewer than 50 beds
- Member of America’s Essential Hospitals'
- Work at a 501(c)(3) organization with an operating budget under $5 million serving community-based populations
- Employed by a Ministry of Health or a faith-based health institution
- Currently enrolled as a full- or part-time student, resident, or full-time dean/faculty at an academic institution
