In-Person Registration
General Conference (December 8–9): $1395*

The General Conference is where the global improvement community comes together. Over two days, thousands of health care professionals unite to exchange ideas, hear from thought leaders, and engage in hands-on learning across ten content tracks. Whether you are connecting with colleagues, exploring new strategies, or reflecting on your own impact, you will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and practical insights to make health care better together.
Pre-Conference (December 6–7)

The Pre-Conference is your chance to engage in focused, small group learning before the main Forum begins. Over two days, you will join peers from across the health care landscape to explore essential topics in quality, safety, leadership, and improvement science. Through immersive half-day and full-day workshops, you will build new capabilities, gain practical tools, and strengthen your confidence to lead change together with others who share your commitment to improving care.
Forum Hall Only Pass

The Forum Hall Only Pass gives you access to the Forum Hall, the dynamic center of the IHI Forum, where connection and collaboration come to life. Visit exhibitor booths, explore educational poster displays, and attend Innovation Theater presentations that spotlight practical solutions and fresh ideas. Join fellow attendees for 1:1 coaching, wellness activities, and networking receptions that foster shared learning and inspiration. Whether you're gathering in the Central Park spaces or enjoying a break at the IHI Café and Bookstore, the Forum Hall is where community and curiosity come together.

Ensure each attendee has an existing IHI account. If you plan on registering on behalf of an attendee, please be sure that you are logged into that attendee’s IHI account.

Scholarships Available
Support to Help You Attend
We’re committed to making the IHI Forum accessible to individuals and organizations who may face financial barriers. A limited number of scholarships are available to help reduce the cost of general conference registration.
If cost is a concern, we encourage you to apply. Scholarships are awarded based on eligibility and availability. Applications are now open.
We are proud to offer a limited number of scholarships to help support individuals who may otherwise face challenges in attending the Forum. These scholarships reflect our commitment to broadening access for professionals and students who are dedicated to improving the quality and safety of health care.
Academic and Need Based Scholarship
The Academic and Need Based Scholarship covers 25% of the general conference registration fee ($1,595, 12/8–12/9). This scholarship is intended to support individuals who may not otherwise be able to participate and does not cover travel, lodging, or meals.
The Annette J. Bartley Memorial Scholarship
The Annette J. Bartley Memorial Scholarship honors Annette’s lifelong dedication to healthcare improvement by awarding one nursing professional who demonstrates a strong interest in health care improvement. The award covers the full general conference registration fee for the Forum (12/8–12/9), provides reimbursement of travel expenses up to $1,000, and 4 nights of lodging at an official Forum hotel.
The Justin A. Micalizzi Memorial IHI Scholarship
The Justin A. Micalizzi Memorial IHI Scholarship honors Justin’s legacy by supporting clinicians who work with vulnerable, underprivileged, and underserved pediatric populations and their families, with a focus on patient safety, quality improvement, inequities, and compassionate care. One applicant will be awarded fully covered registration for all 4 days of the Forum (12/6–12/9), along with up to 4 nights of lodging at an official Forum hotel and reimbursement of travel expenses up to $500.
All submissions are reviewed individually using consistent scoring criteria to ensure fair and equitable distribution. Please note that scholarships are non transferable and must be submitted by the deadline to be considered. Applications are currently open and will close on August 28th.
