Submit a Poster for the 2025 IHI Forum
Poster presentations are a powerful way to showcase your team's work, highlight key learnings, and contribute to the global conversation on health and health care improvement. Whether you're presenting as an individual or with a team, we invite you to submit your improvement project and inspire others with your impact. Posters must focus on learning and results — not the promotion of products or services.
Poster submissions are due by November 3, 2025.

You’ll learn how to craft a compelling poster, avoid common mistakes, understand what reviewers look for, and get tips for presenting at the Forum.
